What payment types are accepted by your business?
Starting January 2026, all residential customers will be required to be card on file only. Checks are still accepted by Commercial properties. For one time service jobs, cash, check, venmo and cash app are accepted but will be required before job is started.
Why can I not pay with other types of payment if I am a reoccuring customer?
Services like cash app and venmo are one way pay, meaning that you as the customer can only send payment when either reminded or if at all wanting to. With card on file, we can charge your card at any point and recieve funds for services provided.
How about my card information? I don’t want my information to be breached.
We use YardBook, a CRM that helps us with scheduling, booking and creating invoices. YardBook has Stripe integrated in their CRM. Stripe is a credit card processing company that stores your card, we only have access to view the last four of the card number, expiration date and if your card is a Mastercard or Visa. If you see any fraudulant charges, please let us know and we will contact Stripe to get things sorted out.We only charge your card for services that you approve.
Why am I being charged sales tax? Is lawn care not a taxable service?
Starting January 1st, 2026, we are required by the Texas State Comptroller to begin collecting sales tax. Lawn care is not a taxable service, however, we have surpassed the minimum treshold placed by the State and therefore have to charge sales tax on all services which you can find here
